Session 2: From VAWA to AOS: Inadmissibility Waivers & Exceptions
Winning a VAWA self-petition is a tremendous victory that can change the lives of survivors and their derivatives, but without the ability to adjust status, that victory is limited. In this session, participants will learn how to address inadmissibility waivers and exceptions specific to VAWA self-petitioners.
