Session 1: An I-360° View of Common Obstacles in VAWA Self-Petitions
VAWA self-petitions have existed for almost 30 years, but new challenges continue to arise, and old ones sometimes come back. In this session, participants will examine difficult situations in VAWA cases, such as those involving prior I-130 denials, a lack of evidence, and good moral character issues.
