Description
Session 1: All about Derivatives: Providing a pathway to family reunification is one of the most significant benefits of winning a U or T visa or VAWA self-petition. Each of these case types allows principal petitioners to include certain family members as derivatives, but each has its own rules about who is eligible and what they need to show. In this session, participants will learn what is required for derivative eligibility and how to assess it.
