This webinar, Motions to Reopen in Immigration Court: Part I, is a new 3-part series on Motions to Reopen in Immigration Court. Part I is intended for practitioners who do not have significant experience filing EOIR motions. In this first one-hour session we will break down when motions to reopen can be utilized in Immigration Court proceedings and identify their essential components.
The two subsequent one-hour sessions in this series will go in-depth on the use of Motions to Reopen in VAWA matters and U and T visa practice.
