ASISTA Special Webinar: What's Next for DALE and DALEros? (1.5 hrs.)
Join ASISTA and the National Immigration Project for a discussion on the administration quietly ending the DALE (Deferred Action for Labor Enforcement) process and what practitioners can do now to help DALEros (noncitizens who were granted DALE or would be eligible for DALE). We will discuss what the DALE process was, who DALEros are, and the context of applying for DALE. We will then discuss what other forms of relief may be available to DALEros, particularly U and T visa options. Presenters will also discuss how best to screen for relief and defensive strategies for this community in an era of increased enforcement. ASISTA and the National Immigration Project welcome input and questions from the audience.
