Join ASISTA and ILRC for VAWA Adjustment: Inadmissibility Waivers, an advanced webinar on inadmissibility waivers and exemptions available to VAWA self-petitioners applying for adjustment of status. This webinar will focus on selected common inadmissibility grounds and waivers affecting VAWA self-petitioners seeking to adjust status, including unlawful presence, fraud or misrepresentation, smuggling, and criminal grounds creating the need for an INA 212(h) waiver. Utilizing hypothetical scenarios, we will demonstrate how to assess waiver eligibility when these grounds are triggered and provide practice tips on putting together a strong waiver application before USCIS.
