Join ASISTA webinar, Getting From There to Here: Navigating the Consular Process, for a deep-dive discussion into the consular process for nonimmigrant and immigrant beneficiaries of survivor-based relief. In this webinar, we will walk through the mechanics of the consular process for principal and derivative U and T nonimmigrants, as well as the process for those immigrating through VAWA or an approved I-929. We will also focus on common issues in the consular process – including un-waived inadmissibility grounds, or an entry without inspection instead of completing the consular process – and how best to handle them.
