In this webinar, Fee Waivers: Updates In Policy and Practice, ASISTA’s Policy Director Cecelia Friedman Levin and ASISTA’s Senior Legal Counsel Laura Flores Bachman will discuss existing and proposed USCIS policy changes on fee waivers, as well as the status of advocacy efforts to challenge harmful rollbacks. Participants will also examine recent adjudication trends for fee waivers for survivor-based applications; and strategize on best practices for fee waiver submissions and advocacy after denial.
