Please join ASISTA for a candid discussion with former Immigration Judges Carmen Rey Caldas and Jennifer Durkin about the present lay of the land at EOIR and how to best represent your survivor clients before the Immigration Court. Former IJs Rey Caldas, Durkin, and Navarro will share legal and procedural updates along with advice about representing survivors with 751s, Us, Ts, VAWAs, and GBV-based asylum. In addition, they will answer preselected questions submitted with the registration for the webinar. This webinar is appropriate for any level of practitioner who already has some familiarity with U/T/VAWA and removal proceedings.
